THIS NOTICE IS A CALL FOR BOOK PROPOSALS AND MANUSCRIPTS, The readership for your book may be either upper level undergraduates, graduates, or researchers in the applied mathematical sciences. We intend to publish textbooks, single and multi-authored monographs, proceedings (articles must be high quality and refereed), and handbooks.
